Video Editing

Editing is like a puzzle with a million combinations; I love working with a director's vision to carve something out of raw footage, but I also have fun piecing together unique videos myself. I have experience editing professionally through Lee Company, editing their internal quarterly videos, and have also edited multiple short films, video essays, and music videos. I have a BFA in Motion Pictures with an emphasis in video editing from Belmont University.

Sugar Baby - Directed by Kaleb Knight

A kid starts an underground candy ring in his strict school. However, he must go against the school's vice principal in order to keep the business alive.

WINNER - Best Tennessee Local Film - WCTE-PBS Student Film Festival

Elymas - Directed by Jacob Samuels

A manipulative pastor takes advantage of a woman after the death of her father; she must harness the strength to heal from her tragedy and fight back against her oppressor.

Nominated at the Burbank International Film Festival 2022.

Columbus - Emotion in Architecture

Analyzing the cinematography of Columbus (dir. Kogonada) and how the shots of the buildings correlate with the feelings of the characters.

Badlands - Loss of Innocence

A music video portraying the the main character losing their innocence in the film Badlands (dir. Terrence Malick).
